Yes. Every custom ring includes a 1-year warranty.

Yes. A lifetime warranty can be added to your order for an additional $75 fee.

How do I start a custom order?

Our primary material is 925 sterling silver jewelry. Using a polishing cloth is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of your jewels. It is not recommended to use harsh chemicals when wearing your jewelry or swimming because it can cause color loss. When you are not wearing your jewelry, please store it in a box or pouch. Orders will include either a ring box or pouch. We also offer more materials on the website. Before you buy, make sure to check the descriptions.

Please allow 5-6 business days for delivery. Business days does not include the weekends, or holidays. During the holiday season, there may be potential delays due to high order volume, which can cause additional delays. We always recommend contacting us with any questions pertaining to your orders! Please note that engraved orders requires and extra 2-5 business days on top of the 5-6 business day shipping. We have a small team. It is necessary that custom orders are handled with patience.
