Disclaimer: To prevent charge backs we have a built in fraud analysis to let us know if an order is medium or high risk. We do not accept medium or high risks orders. Shipping and billing address MUST match. You will receive a refund immediately along with an email stating why you were refunded.
Modifications
If you would like to make changes to your order please contact us before the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped we cannot modify the order. A separate order will have to be placed.
Tracking?
Once your order has been packaged and shipped you will receive an email right away with tracking.
Please be sure you are taking the time to fill out your address at checkout. If the wrong address is entered it is not on Tash Bijoux Jewelry to reship your package. If you are able to catch you entered the wrong address please email us as soon as you can before we ship out your order.
Can I still receive my package?
Yes. Once the package is returned to us we will reach out via email to ask if you would like the package reshipped or refunded.
The customer is responsible for the cost to reship package. If the package is lost we will not be liable for refunding the order. We do not alter addresses this is human error.
Want to cancel your order?
Please contact us within 24 hours to have order canceled. After this time frame there will be no refunds issued due to processing.
My items arrived damaged how can I return for an exchange or refund?
Although we check all merchandise for defects or damages prior to shipping it out, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects and meets their expectations. As a service we offer shipping protection at checkout please be sure to add to cart as we are not liable without it. Shipping protection does not go hand in hand with returns or exchanges. If your item is lost or damaged you MUST have purchased shipping protection.
Returns and Exchanges
- Products have to be returned within 5 days after receiving the order
- Please do not remove tags from the item after tags are remove the item is ineligible for return or exchange. The item MUST be in perfect condition.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Upon request we will ask for you to submit pictures of the item before we began return and exchange process.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a track-able shipping service as we can not guarantee we will receive your item.
- Custom orders are final we will not be accepting returns or exchange.
- International orders are ineligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
- Items on sale or discounted are ineligible for return or exchange.
Please know your ring size before making a purchase. We have a size chart available on the footer of the website.
Note: When placing your first order with us we will provide a ring sizer.
Earrings will not be returned or refunded due to sanitary reasons.
I never received my item?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has left our facility. Please start a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. As a service we offer shipping insurance at checkout. Please be sure to add to cart to insure your order. If there is any information you are needing from Tash Bijoux in regards to your order please use our contact form.
Do you provide International shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Disclaimer: International shipping may be delayed due to customs. We ask that you are patient. If you have questions pertaining to your order please contact us!
Shipping for US orders:
USPS 2-5 day processing 1-3 day delivery **business days do not include the weekend or holidays
International shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight of package.
Please be advised of potential delays. We recommend contacting us via email about any questions pertaining to your orders.
PLEASE NOTE: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges!
We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties (import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Tash Bijoux Jewelry and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Tash Bijoux Jewelry Is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
Made to order
Customized orders will take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
