Chargebacks
To prevent charge backs we have a built in fraud analysis to let us know if an order is medium or high risk. We do not accept medium or high risks orders. Shipping and billing address MUST match. You will receive a refund immediately along with an email stating why you were refunded.
Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and shipped you will receive an email right away with tracking information. Please be sure you are taking the time to fill out your address at checkout. If you are able to catch you entered the wrong address please email us as soon as you can before we ship out your order.
Can I still receive my package? Yes if the package is returned to us we will reach out via email to ask if you would like the package reshipped or refunded.The customer is responsible for the cost to reship package if chosen to do so. If the package is lost we will not be liable for refunding the order. We do not alter address this is human error.

Do you offer custom rings?
Yes! I do offer custom ring designs tailored specifically to you.
Are custom rings eligible for discounts or sales?
No. Custom rings are made-to-order and are not eligible for promotions, discounts, or sale pricing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. Please note international shipping taxes and duties are to be paid by the customer.
What is the estimated turnaround time?
Custom rings typically take 1–3 weeks to complete, depending on the design. Engravings is complementary but will take additional time depending on order volume.
Is there a warranty included?
Yes. Every custom ring includes a 1-year warranty.Stones falling out due to setting failureLoose stones caused by workmanship issuesDefective prongs or settingsStructural flaws from manufacturing.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or lost rings.
Do you offer cleanings?
Yes! Complimentary cleanings are included to help keep your ring looking its best.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes. A lifetime warranty can be added to your order for an additional $75 fee.
How do I start a custom order?
Please fill out the custom ring inquiry form which can be found on the home page or main menu.
Modifications
If you would like to make changes to your order please contact us here before the order is shipped. If the order has been shipped we cannot modify the order. A separate order will have to be placed.
Cancellations
Please contact us within 24 hours to have order canceled. After this time frame there will be no refunds issued due to processing.
Damaged upon arrival
Although we check all merchandise for defects or damages prior to shipping it out, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects and meets their expectations. As a service we offer shipping protection at checkout please be sure to add to cart as we are not liable without it. Shipping protection does not go hand in hand with returns or exchanges. If your item is lost or damaged you MUST have purchased shipping protection.
Returns and Exchanges
- Products have to be returned within 10 days after receiving the order
- Please do not remove tags from the item after tags are remove the item is ineligible for return or exchange. The item MUST be in perfect condition.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Upon request we will ask for you to submit pictures of the item before we began return or exchange process
- We will not issue a refund or exchange until we receive the item.
- The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a track-able shipping service as we can not guarantee we will receive your item. There will be an option for you to create your own return label or request a return label from us!
- Custom orders are final we will not be accepting returns or exchange.
- International orders are ineligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

My order was not received
Please start a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. As a service we offer shipping insurance at checkout. Please be sure to add to cart to insure your order. If there is any information you are needing from Tash Bijoux in regards to your order please contact us here.
Shipping for U.S orders
USPS 5-6 business days. Business days does not include the weekends, or holidays.
Engraved orders requires an additional 2-5 business days on top of the 5-6 business day shipping timeframe
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight of package. Disclaimer: International shipping may be delayed due to customs. We ask that you are patient.
PLEASE NOTE: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges! We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties (import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Tash Bijoux Jewelry and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Tash Bijoux Jewelry Is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. If you have questions pertaining to your order please contact us!
Made to order
Customized orders will take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Custom orders are final we will not be accepting returns or exchange.
I don't know my ring size
When placing your first order with us we will provide a ring sizer. It is recommended to purchase a bracelet, necklace ect. as your order will contain the ring sizer. See our ring size chart here.
